How is my price calculated?
Quotes are built from transparent, owner-set rules: a base pickup charge, distance, labor, handling for fragile or oversized pieces, and access fees such as stairs. If anything is unusual, the owner reviews your request personally before a price is sent.
Why does my quote say it needs review?
Exceptional items, high-value antiques, unusual dimensions, complicated access, or missing details are reviewed by a person so you never receive a guessed price.
Do I need an account?
No. You can request a quote and a booking without creating an account. You'll get a private link to check your request.
